About BOSL Global Investment Fund Limited
The BOSL Global Investment Fund Limited was incorporated in the country of Saint Lucia on August 27, 2021 as a company with limited liability under the Companies Act Chapter 13.01 of the Revised Edition of the Laws of Saint Lucia. The Company is an open-ended CIS which provides an avenue for portfolio investment in domestic, regional, and international markets. The company is also licensed to operate as a collective investment scheme under the provisions of the Securities Act of 2001.
Our Mission
At BOSL Global Investment Fund Limited, our primary mission is to provide returns to our valued investors. We achieve this through strategic investments in varying allocations to global equities and fixed income securities. The BOSL Global Investment Fund Limited meets its investment objectives and executes its strategy through each of the Company’s three Funds (or “Sub-Funds”); the BOSL Global Growth Fund, the BOSL Global Balanced Fund and the BOSL Global Income Fund.
